Job description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions
- Utilize Salesforce, PeopleSoft, and other HRIS systems to manage candidate data and track recruitment progress
- Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and building a strong candidate pipeline
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on best practices
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
