Job Title – Facilities Manager

Terms - Full Time Role

Job Timing – 8 AM to 5 Pm

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the maintenance and operations of our warehouse facilities remotely.
  • Administering contracts and service agreements, as well as managing a consolidated budget for the warehouses.
  • Monitoring expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations, and overseeing security system implementation and maintenance.
  • Conducting regular virtual meetings to ensure alignment on goals, challenges, and operational updates.
  • Utilizing remote monitoring tools and facility management software to manage and optimize warehouse operations.
  • Assist warehouse teams in procuring materials through cost-effective strategies.
  • Adhere to the preventive maintenance schedule to ensure optimal facility performance.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of both the office and residential buildings and their facilities
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance work
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, health, and safety standards
  • Monitor and maintain equipment, including IT infrastructure
  • Address any facilities-related issues promptly and effectively
  • Perform hands-on tasks as needed, such as minor repairs and troubleshooting
  • Setting up meetings in the office
  • Manage the tech room and storage area, ensuring they are organized, and all equipment is maintained properly 

Skills Required:

  • Experience in managing multi-regional facilities remotely.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in facility management software and remote monitoring tools.
  • Ability to manage budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Knowledge of security systems and preventive maintenance practices.
